The plat shown is of a planned 140 unit project fronting on the Potomac River below Whiting’s Neck at the intersection of Carlyle Rd. and Whiting’s Neck Rd. There will be 84 lots of less than ¼ acre (61’x 153’), 34 lots about 1/3 acre, and 22 riverfront lots between 1 and 1 ¼ acres, each with about 100’ on the river. There is to be a wastewater treatment plant discharging to the river and a common well with a water tower to supply the 140 families.
